P. Ramlee died of a heart attack on 29 May 1973 5.30 a.m. (Tuesday) at the age of 44 years. He was buried at the Muslim cemetery of Jalan Ampang in Kuala Lumpur.

When Died:  29.5.73 @ 5.30 a.m (Tuesday).

Age: 44 years old.

Occupation: Film director.

Where Died: On the way from house to Kuala Lumpur Hospital.

Cause of death: Heart attack.
